It's easy to ship with Royal Mail with no cost to sign up. The available shipping methods and the price for each of them are automatically calculated based on the cart weight, value and destination. The prices used are those documented by Royal Mail.

In the configuration area you can choose from any or all of the following methods and disable those that you choose not to provide:
